Your resume must demonstrate one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level/pay band NH-03 (GS-13) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector utilizing, exercising or carrying out contracting rules to ensure proper case file management for Foreign Military Sale (FMS) case requirements.
