TELECOMMUNICATIONS SPECIALIST (SPECTRUM MANAGER)

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Managing the electromagnetic spectrum for an organization to ensure operational readiness; 2) Establishing procedures and guidance for the accurate assignment, coordination, and identification of discrepancies with the electromagnetic spectrum; 3) Ensuring spectrum usage is in compliance with applicable international, national, and organizational telecommunication regulatory policies; 4) Developing and implementing new electromagnetic spectrum methods that satisfy policy and operational requirements; and 5) Resolving issues involving conflicting telecommunications requirements and recommending changes in electromagnetic spectrum policy issuances. You will serve as a Telecommunications Manager (Spectrum Manager) in the Headquarters Marine Corps Installations West of MARINE CORPS BASE CAMP PENDLETON.
