Current Department of Army Civilian Employees Applying on Time-Limited Assignments In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience.. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: 1) Utilizing a wide range of qualitative and quantitative methods to review, analyze, and develop plans and metrics, to complete leader development and assessment program reviews; and 2) Developing plans and programs to accomplish mission goals through effective and efficient business practices consistent with total quality management concepts. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12). Must be able to obtain and maintain the following certificates: Must complete the required Contracting Officer’s Representative training courses within 120 days and obtain the required certification levels. 1) CLC 222 Contracting Officer’s Representative Online Training 2) DOD 002 Combat Human Trafficking for DoD Acquisition Professionals 3) MICC COR Enhanced Training NOTE: If you completed this training, please submit a copy of the certificates with your application. You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Contracting/Procurement Manages and Organizes Information Partnering Problem Solving Project Management Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-12). NOTE: All applicants must meet applicable time-in-grade and specialized experience requirements within thirty (30) days after the closing date of the announcement.
About the Position: This position serves as a Program Analyst in the Leadership, Research, Assessment, and Doctrine Division (LRADD) of the Center for Army Leadership (CAL), Fort Leavenworth, KS.
