GS-14: One year of specialized experience, equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service, obtained in either the private or public sector that includes: providing leadership, guidance, and assistance to leaders, managers and employees seeking professional conflict management services. Serve as a technical expert on policies and procedures related to conflict resolution processes and techniques. Customized conflict resolution services such as; conflict coaching, facilitated discussions and group facilitation for cases involving 1-75 employees. Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. This position is located in the Small Business Administration, Office of Diversity Inclusion and Civil Rights-EEO in Washington, D.C. The incumbent of this position carries out Congress directive to federal agencies in the Administrative Dispute Resolution Act (ADRA) of 1996, ensuring the executive branch uses Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) to enhance the operation of the Government and better serve the public.
