BASIC REQUIREMENT(S): Management and Program Analysis Series 0343 (opm.gov) In addition to the Basic Requirements, you must also meet the Minimum Qualifications stated below. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Your resume must demonstrate at least one (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level in the Federal service obtained in either the private or public sector performing the following type of work and/or tasks. Examples of Specialized Experience include but is not limited to: 1. Conduct and analyze qualitative and quantitative methods to drive the implementation, management and sustainment of program, process and system improvement initiatives. 2. Implement and lead process improvement initiatives, strategic planning and organizational development functions to enhance program and project efficiencies/effectiveness. 3. Develop and deliver technical and administrative briefings to senior management officials, including summary presentations with conclusions, alternatives and recommendations on national policies, projects or studies. 4. Review policies and procedures to evaluate operations and conducts evaluative studies to highlight implementation feasibility and strengths, weaknesses and best practices. Time In Grade Federal employees in the competitive service are also subject to the Time-In-Grade Requirements: Merit Promotion (status) candidates must have completed one year of service at the next lower grade level. Time-In-Grade provisions do not apply under the Excepted Service Examining Plan (ESEP). You must meet all qualification requirements within 30 days of the closing date of the announcement.
This position is located in the Division of Epidemiology & Disease Prevention (DEDP), Office of Public Health Support. The incumbent in this position will serve as a consultant and lead in the development, implementation, and oversight of evaluation activities of Division contracts, grants, cooperative agreements, and DEDP programs. As the DEDP Program Evaluator, the incumbent will independently lead the design and execution of evaluation projects.
