Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GG/GS/14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1. Extensive Indo-Pacific expertise/experience across strategic and regional maritime security issues as well as adversary capabilities, intent & trends; 2. Demonstrated history of clear and effective executive-level communication (both written and oral); and 3. Proven track record of proactive, independent, and collaborative execution in accomplishing missions, functions, & tasks. You will serve as a Senior Intelligence Analyst (SIA) and expert advisor for Commander, U.S. Pacific Fleet (COMPACFLT), Directorate for Intelligence (N2). in the COMPACFLT MILITARY INTEL PROGRAM. All Defense Intelligence positions under the Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel System (DCIPS) are in the excepted service by specific statute, 10 U.S.C. 1601.
