ADMINISTRATIVE/TECHNICAL SPECIALIST

For the NT-5: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-4 (GS-11/12 equivalency) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: leading administrative and technical projects by analyzing data, documents or drawings for acoustical measurement devices in their systems or subsystems in underwater use. For the NT-4: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-3 (GS-9/10 equivalency) or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. This position is part of the Warfare Centers Personnel Demonstration Project. The NT-5 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to GS-13 and GS-14 and the NT-4 encompasses positions equivalent to GS-11 and GS-12.
