Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NM-03 (GS-13) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1. Lead, plan, budget, manage, acquisition and execution of the life cycle for Test Systems on a major Aviation Platform; 2) Incorporate multi-disciplined, cross-site teams whose responsibilities include planning and execution of the life cycle management (development, testing, acquisition, fielding, support and disposal) of Test Systems; 3) Lead program reviews, acquisition efforts and manage contractors, to meet program requirements and achieve fielding along with all required Test Systems Integrated Logistics Support (ILS); 4) Develop all guidance needed for Test Systems for the users, and provides complex professional and technical services directly affecting large, complex, multi-mission organizations and numerous joint service processes.
