Recreation Assistant – Community Recreation

Incumbent must have one-year practical work experience including direct customer service or experience with data entry, word processing, internet, e-mail, and at least one-year experience handling cash and utilizing point of sale system. Ability to perform basic mathematical computations and communicate effectively and courtesy, using proper English both verbally and in writing. Must be able to follow verbal and written directions, and present a neat and clean appearance.

The Morale, Welfare, and Recreation (MWR) department of Commander, Navy Installations Command (CNIC) provides fitness, recreation, lodging and food and beverage programs for service members, their families, retired military and civilian employees. This position is assigned to the Non-Appropriated Fund (NAF) Community Recreation, and Deployed Support Branch; Fleet Readiness; Commander, Navy Installations command (CNIC); Naval Station Everett.
