GS-11- Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-9 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience writing and orally communicating, including the ability to explain complex concepts to a variety of audiences. Experience with reading, comprehending, and executing DoD policies as written, including understanding levels of policy and precedence. Experience developing local procedures to ensure compliance with DoD policies. Experience understanding financial analysis techniques and the ability to interpret financial data. Experience managing projects from inception to completion, including setting timelines, assigning tasks, and monitoring progress. Experience identifying and solving problems effectively, even under pressure. Experience analyzing complex data, identifying trends, and making informed recommendations. Experience consistently learning new things and adapting to changing circumstances. Experience completing administrative tasks, such as scheduling, filing, maintaining a database, and data entry.
