GS 12 Applicants: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Interpreting, analyzing , and determining impacts of higher level policy on DoD recruiting operations; 2) Conducting research and determining proposed courses of action for enlisted recruiting related activities; 3) Gathering information to identify trends and develop actionable solutions to military recruiting shortfalls; 4) Drafting military policy, decision memorandums, and directive guidance to manage recruiting activities; 5) Communicating recruiting strategies and directives with commands and agencies.
