Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: 1) providing recommendations to improve methods and means of accomplishment, including techniques to improve effectiveness and productivity in support of the overall mission; 2) analyzing program data to prepare plans and proposals; and 3) providing advice and recommendations on staff actions, organizational structure, systems and/or processes. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (DE-2/GS-11).
