Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower pay band (NH-2) or grade level (GS-11) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Analyzing and/or executing acquisition activities (e.g., research, development, acquisition, life cycle support, contracts, scheduling, studies, etc.) for a ship or modernization program. You will serve as a Program Analyst in the Strategic and Theater Sealift Program Office (PMS 385) of PROGRAM EXECUTIVE OFFICE SHIPS.
