Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the DP-04 (GS-13) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) subject matter expert experienced with leading digital transformation efforts; 2) Experience providing system engineering direction and technical leadership to engineers, technicians, and IT professionals; 3) Experience leading technical innovation and organizational change to adapt to industry growth in digital technology; 4)Demonstrated ability to coordinate with strategic and tactical leaders and industry partners to develop and execute digitial engineering and digital transformation strategies; 5) Experience providing technical engineering mentorship and project management direction to subordinates and other professionals.
