Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Mastery knowledge of technical program management principles and methods, including a variety of qualitative and quantitative methods for the assessment and improvement integrated USW CONOPS, doctrine and tactical development. Experience and demonstrated expert in Navy doctrine, administrative laws, policies, regulations, and precedents applicable to USW operations, sensors and training programs. Significant experience in all aspects of USW training operations to include doctrine, force structure, systems, sensors, material, fleet support, logistics, and interface with platform communities such as surface ships, aircraft, and submarines. Detailed knowledge of CRUDES, USW Decision Support System (DSS), AEGIS weapons systems, and SONAR systems is requirement. Expert knowledge of USW, modeling and simulation, Tactical Decision Aids (TDAs) and their usage to support individual, unit, and group training requirements. Mastery expertise in key Navy war-fighting issues and programs of functional proponent commands to ensure a balanced and executable program. Experience and demonstrated knowledge of operation and tactical level ASW planning efforts. Experience and demonstrated proficiency in communicating, both orally and in writing, with senior officials from a broad array of activities including Federal/Local Government agencies, and private industry. Experience and well-versed in briefing Flag/General Officers and high-level DoD personnel. Mastery knowledge of USW Navy program goals and objectives, the sequence and timing of key operational events and milestones and methods or evaluating the effectiveness or planning actions as related to actual events; and skill in designing and conducting comprehensive studies, and preparing solutions to especially broad, important, and severe operational and contingency areas.
