GS-10: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Updating facility planning documents, coordinating with personnel in regards to community development, using various computer tracking programs (e.g. Shore Facilities, Military Construction, GIS); and partnering with officials and personnel in the facility planning processes, researching, formulating projects, and assessing program effectiveness. GS-09: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
