Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Providing technical guidance on inspections and performance assessments associated with contract maintenance and services for federal facilitates; 2) Reviewing Contractor’s submittals, reports, and work schedules to ensure compliance with performance specifications (e.g., quality, timeliness, materials); 3) Visiting work sites to collect data pertaining to the scope of work and determining the amount and type of labor and materials required; and 4) Preparing contract documents (e.g., drawings, specifications, costs estimates, Task Orders, material requirements).*NOTE: This information must be clearly supported in your resume.
