Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if the position allows for qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Qualifying Experience: Experience that shows progressively responsible administrative, professional, technical or other work which has provided a general knowledge of marketing/commercial sponsorship principles and practices. In addition, applicant must have specialized experience gained in a commercial marketing or advertising agency. Specialized experience must demonstrate the applicant’s ability to plan and implement new and unique programs without benefit of established criteria; compose written material and conduct verbal/oral presentations; solicit and negotiate sponsorship agreements; develop advertising copy. Condition(s) of Employment: Employee must have a valid driver’s license if required to operate a Government Motor Vehicle (GMV). This is a drug testing designated position. The incumbent is subject to random testing for drug use. Successful completion and favorable adjudication of applicable background investigation (Tier 1 Level) is required.
About the position: This position will be assigned to the Marketing Department at Hill AFB, UT. This is a Regular Full Time (RFT) position with a guaranteed minimum of 35 hours weekly, and with benefits (medical, dental, life insurance, retirement, 401(k), and annual/sick leave).
