To qualify for this position, you must have sufficient knowledge and ability in the following job-related factors: Ability To Do the Work of the Position Without More Than Normal Supervision; Custodial work includes performing custodial and janitorial work such as sweeping, scrubbing and waxing floors. Cleaning and deodorize lavatories, urinals, toilets and sinks. Washes windows and walls, dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures and routine grounds maintenance without more than normal supervision. Able to operate light duty motor vehicles weighing up to 10,000 pounds (such as pickup trucks, panel trucks, flatbed trucks etc.) to transport personnel, material, or equipment to work sites located in the park. (SCREEN OUT) Ability To Use and Maintain Tools and Equipment Ability To Interpret Instructions, Specifications, etc. (other than blueprints) Dexterity and Safety Work Practices (including keeping things neat, clean, and in order) If your knowledge and ability in the SCREEN OUT factor above is not sufficient, you will receive no further consideration. This Custodial Worker (Motor Vehicle Operator) position is located in Rocky Mountain National Park in the Facilities & Maintenance division.
