FOR GS-13 Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing the following duties: 1) Interpreting, drafting, and implementing personnel policies for staffing and employment programs; 2) Executing recruitment, reassignment and other personnel actions in accordance with federal laws, policies, rules and regulations; 3) Providing strategic advice and guidance to management regarding recruitment, hiring, compensation, and retention strategies; and 4) Resolving problems, answering questions and providing guidance to employees and management on complex recruitment, staffing, compensation, workforce shaping issues utilizing human resource tools and systems. FOR GS-12 1) Assist in Interpreting, drafting, and implementing personnel policies for staffing and employment programs; 2) Executing recruitment, reassignment and other personnel actions in accordance with federal laws, policies, rules and regulations; 3) Providing strategic advice and guidance to management regarding recruitment, hiring, compensation, and retention strategies; and 4) Resolving problems, answering questions and providing guidance to employees and management on routine recruitment, staffing, compensation, workforce shaping issues utilizing human resource tools and systems .
