Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Ensuring projects adhere to Navy ERP technical, environmental and architectural standards; 2) Coordinating requirements definitions scope and final delivery of products with sponsors, users and lead functionalists to clearly define requirements; 3) Conducting cost, schedule, quality, risk, communication and contract management for assigned projects; 4) Developing and managing project plans for complex system design projects through development, modification, maintenance and implementation; and 5) Ensuring all tasking’s are executed in full compliance with applicable Project Management Methodology and continuous Process Improvement procedures.
