NG-02: Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-04 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Inputting information and processing personnel records within an automated personnel system, ensuring the appropriateness, and accuracy of personnel records; and utilizing computer software programs, tools, and techniques to support office operations and produce a variety of documents such as letters, reports, spreadsheets, databases, and graphs. NG-03: Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-06 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Providing advice on leave policies and regulations (i.e., annual leave, sick leave, Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), Voluntary Leave Transfer Program (VLTP), resolving problems regarding leave administration; and applying employee relations rules, policies, methods, procedures, operations, and principles to perform limited technical work of a non-controversial nature to answer general attendance and leave questions. NG-04: Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Advising on leave requirements, policies, regulations (i.e., annual leave, sick leave, Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), Voluntary Leave Transfer Program (VLTP) and legal protections), problem solving with the ability to independently research and analyze leave related issues, providing training on leave policies and regulations to employees and supervisors; and utilizing organizational skills to manage multiple competing priorities and deadlines.
