MANAGEMENT ANALYST (TITLE 32)

Military Grades: Minimum rank SGT, maximum rank SSG. GENERAL EXPERIENCE: MUST possess the experience, education, or training in administrative, professional, investigative, technical, or other responsible work which demonstrates analytical ability and a practical and theoretical knowledge of the functions, processes, and principles of management; knowledge of the National Guard organizational structures, functions, procedures, and techniques; experience using computer and automation systems. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: GS-09 Level – MUST possess specialized experience, at the GS-9 Level, education, or training which has provided application of practices, theories, techniques, and methods of management; experience analyzing, interpreting, and developing policies and procedures of local management SUPERVISORY EXPERIENCE: MUST possess supervisory experience which includes experience in managing the function of the work to be performed; experience which includes leading, directing and assigning work of personnel. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment.
