Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position. Experience includes: Experience applying change management techniques to organizational change initiatives, including the impact analysis, communications planning, change readiness assessment, and project planning. Experience researching, analyzing and compiling data into reports for management decision-making. Qualifications must be met by the closing date of this vacancy announcement. The Program Specialist serves as a team leader and advisor, for the UAS Integration Office. Responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing Program-related activities for the UAS Integration Office.
