GS-07: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-06 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: reviewing requirements and processing personnel actions in accordance with regulations, facilitating new employee onboarding/hiring process, entering and retrieving data utilizing human resources information systems such as DCPDS, USA Staffing, TWMS or similar systems, supporting the position classification process in making minor edits to position descriptions, or performing electronic recordkeeping of staffing/classification documents. GS-06: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Performing recruitment and placement duties to include screening applicants for qualifications; performing administrative duties to include creating, copying, editing, storing, and filing memos, letters, and documentation; and tracking the process of recruitment personnel actions electronically.
