Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Serving as the technical authority to customers in the development and application of assigned IT functions and techniques necessary for computer utilization in accordance with current policies and regulations; 2) Conducting hands-on testing of products in a controlled environment and applying the results to a production information system; 3) Designing, normalizing, developing, installing and implementing databases; and 4) Working through project management processes to initiate, plan, execute, monitor, control and close projects. Your experience must reflect skill in the following areas: attention to detail, customer service, oral communication, and problem solving.
