GS-09: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: administering and maintaining E-Business programs (e.g. Procurement Electronic Document Access (EDA), Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE), Contractor Performance Reporting System (CPARS), including coordinating system updates and improvements). GS-07: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following providing administrative support for maintaining E-Business programs (e.g., via a procurement desktop). You will serve as a PROCUREMENT SYSTEMS COORDINATOR in the Marine Corps Installations National Capital Region Regional Contracting Office (MCINCR-RCO), Marine Corps Installations National Capital Region of MARINE CORPS BASE QUANTICO.
