Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: 1) Developing, analyzing, and integrating doctrine, organization, training, materiel, leader development, personnel, facilities OR policy (DOTMLPF-P); 2) Prepare briefings, correspondence, reports, and conclusion documents specific to the functional mission of the organization as well as evaluating its force structure design, identifying capabilities gaps; AND 3) Developing organizational models that address DOTMLPF-P functional areas. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (DE-3/GS-13).
