You may qualify at the NH-03 broadband level, if you fulfill the following qualifications: One year of specialized experience equivalent to the NH02/GS-11 grade level in the Federal service (MUST meet at least two of the three Specialized Experience Statements): Providing integrated civilian human resources advisory services on recruitment and placement. Applying a wide range of civilian human resources principles, policies, laws, regulations, and practices to advise management on recruitment and placement strategies. Utilizing automated civilian human resources systems and applications to query, retrieve, evaluate and/or analyze data to recommend solutions to civilian personnel problems or issues. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Please limit your resume to five pages. Salary Ranges are the following unless statutory/regulatory rates prevail. For the Redstone Arsenal, AL Location: $90,431 to $139,798 (includes 21.48% locality) For the Fort Belvoir, VA and/or Dahlgren Location: $99,200-$153,354 (includes 33.26% locality) For the Schriever AFB, CO Location: $89,128 to $137,784 (includes 19.73% locality)
