For the GS-13 level: Applicants must have one year of specialized experience equivalent in difficulty and complexity to at least the GS-12 level in federal service having demonstrated experience developing policies, business practices, internal controls and/or report associated with a bureau or agency-wide Human Resources program; advising various stakeholders on human capital policies and procedures; researching, analyzing, and presenting complex ideas on regulatory, policy, and legislative changes within Human Resources. Selective Placement Factor – In addition to meeting the basic qualifications described above, you must also meet the following selective placement factor in order to qualify for this position: Must be Delegated Examining (DE) certified or able to obtain certification within one year of entrance date. You must meet all qualification and eligibility requirements for the position by the closing date of the announcement.

Salary: Lakewood, CO – $114,970 (Step 01) to $149,465 (Step 10) Reston, VA – $117,962 (Step 01) to $153,354 (Step 10) Sacramento, CA – $114,332 (Step 01) to $148,636 (Step 10) First time hires to the Federal Government are typically hired at the Step 1.
