Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience managing multiple functional areas (e.g., Equal Employment Opportunity, Affirmative Action plan, Performance Appraisal budget and Awards Programs); Experience maintaining secure inventory of sensitive documents and materials; Experience supervising, training development, and assigning work to staff based on skills, priorities, and deadlines; Experience disseminating in both oral and written communication to coordinate and collaborate with all levels of managers and employees. You will serve as a Supervisory Administrative Support Specialist (AWARDS) in the Personnel Support Systems Branch (1102.7), Administrative Services Division (1102), Executive Support Office (1100) of NORFOLK NAVAL SHIPYARD.
