GS-11: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: providing computer system technical advice and guidance and/or troubleshooting an organizations employees interpreting information technology (IT) equipment, software and devices; and analyzing and IT system requirements and changes that impact the organizations IT processes and procedures. GS-09: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: providing resolution of hardware/software problems; and assisting with inventory and maintenance of all information technology equipment, software, and devices with the organization.
