You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: In order to qualify for this position based on experience your resume must describe at least one year of specialized experience at the NH-02 level in the Federal service which includes:1)Evaluating cost/schedule/resources management and program reporting for one or more programs and funding categories; 2) Providing program information input to assure adequate support to the program and maintenance; 3) Utilizing technical knowledge of automated systems to analyze and/or develop alternative solutions for budget issues; and 4) Communicating project/program status to identify areas needing emphasis and to ensure costs and schedules are accurately planned and executed. The definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service NH-02( or GS-11 equivalent). You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Communications Financial Management Planning and Evaluating Program Management All Current Federal Employees MUST attach a current SF-50 for consideration. Without a SF-50, your application will be considered incomplete. This is an Army Acquisition, Logistics and Technology Workforce position. Selectee must meet position requirements for Business – Financial Management – Practitioner certification within 60 months as of entrance on duty.
