SUPERVISORY HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (RECRUITMENT & PLACEMENT/COMP)

To qualify for the SUPERVISORY HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (RECRUITMENT/PLACEMENT/COMPENSATION), GS-0201-13 position, your resume must demonstrate at least one year (52 weeks) of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience applying advanced concepts, practices, and consultative skills relative to staffing and placement functions. Experience applying the full range of pay administration policies, principles and practices under Titles 5 of the US Code and DOD and DON pay setting policies. Experience advising senior leadership on federal laws, executive orders, and regulations relative to staffing and placement. Experience performing quality assurance activities to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance for ongoing and completed competitive and non-competitive actions. Experience providing technical advice and assistance to the human resources staffing specialist. Experience and skills providing HR consulting advice to hiring managers.
