To qualify based on your experience, your resume must describe at least one year of experience which prepared you to do the work in this job. Specialized experience is defined as performing ALL of the following duties: 1) Developing product development plans; 2) Managing all aspects of a defense acquisition program; 3) Leading a team of acquisition professionals by prioritizing work, assessing performance, and developing subordinates; and 4) Providing programmatic leadership with system architecture information systems, and data management. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service NH-03 or GS-13 equivalent.
