Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: 1) Coordination and synchronization of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) case requirements definition; 2) Management and oversight for case line development, execution and closure; and 3) Serving as liaison with Security Assistance Management Directorate (SAMD) responsible for program management, cross-functional coordination, contract requirements, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) task development, and technical support. This typically includes work performed at the next lower grade/level NH-02 (GS-11) position in the federal service.

About the Position: Serves as the Action Officer for foreign countries responsible for the managing of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs which involve the continual development, planning, coordination, implementation, and monitoring of all programs for the foreign countries
