Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the pay band NH-02 (GS-11 Equivalent) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: planning and executing studies to analyze, validate, or present data supporting the acquisition of systems, allocation of resources, or logistical planning for acquisition or sustainment program offices. You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the International Fleet Program Office (PMS 326), Surface Warfare Directorate of NAVSEA HQ FIELD SUPPORT. You will develop and implement agreements with Foreign Navies for providing materials, technical assistance, and management services in support of construction, modernization, overhaul, and maintenance of ships and associated shore facilities.
