GS-09: Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Creating Decision Sheets in Command Financial Management System (CFMS) to realign controls and cash; 2) Review financial documents to ensure appropriation laws, financial regulations and policies are being followed; 3) Perform Performance Acceptance (PA) financial document acceptance in CFMS; 4)Coordinate funding authorization with the Financial Defense Travel Administrator (FDTA) to load funds in Defense Travel System (DTS) accounts; and 5) Work with program on inputting requirement into Budget Execution Plan (BEP) tool and review inputs. GS-07: Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Assisting with creating Decision Sheets in Command Financial Management System (CFMS) to realign controls and cash; 2) Obtaining financial documents for Key Supporting Documents (KSDs) and follow up with program personnel for missing items; 3) Assist in coordinating funding authorization with the Financial Defense Travel Administrator (FDTA) to load funds in Defense Travel System (DTS) accounts; 4) Assist in linking awarded contracts to approved financial documents in CFMS; and 5) Assist programs on inputting requirement into Budget Execution Plan (BEP) tool and review inputs.
