Specialized Experience for GS-09: One year of specialized experience, equivalent to the GS-07 grade level in the Federal service, obtained in either the private or public sector: marketing through outreach, training and education to various organizations; and participating in outreach, training, presentations and education on a variety of business management and financial management topics; and providing support to senior staff to maintain alliances and partnerships with a variety of partners. OR Education (see Education section below) Specialized Experience for GS-11: One year of specialized experience, equivalent to the GS-09 grade level in the Federal service, obtained in either the private or public sector: assisting in the development of marketing strategies for programs and services for growth and development of a customer base; and delivering outreach, training, presentations and education on a variety of business management, financial management or lending topics related to small business; and managing collaborative alliances and partnerships with a variety of business development partners. This position is located in the Small Business Administration, Office of Field Operations – Region VII in St. Louis, MO. The incumbent actively engages in marketing SBA programs and services through outreach, training, and education to various organizations and small businesses; building and maintaining collaborative alliances and partnerships with Resource Partners, economic development organizations and small business owners.
