Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Providing direction and advice to staff members on complex human resource related issues; 2) Developing new or modified Human Resource work methods, approaches or procedures for delivering effective recruitment services to customers; 3) Providing detailed qualifications determinations and justifications in cases where qualifications disputes are elevated for higher level review; and 4) Managing the workload of merit promotion recruitment and/or delegated examining recruitment teams by conducting reviews of workload reports and databases to ensure work is distributed equitably and performed timely and accurately. You will serve as a SUPERVISORY HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (RECRUITMENT & PLACEMENT) in the CUSTOMER FOCUS DIVISION in a TALENT ACQUISITION DIRECTORATE IN STAFFING AND RECRUITMENT.
