Naval Intelligence Command - Department of the Navy
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GG/GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Providing a command or agency with analytic standards guidance and support, production management services, and program oversight; 2) Providing direct and timely feedback of post-production analytic tradecraft evaluations in accordance with ICD 203 and ICD 206 standards to analysts, other stakeholders, and senior leadership; 3) Supporting a command or agency’s efforts to provide initial and periodic refresher training of analyst, Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) and Division/Department Heads across the organization to ensure they are familiar with post production evaluation process and the principles and tenants of analytic tradecraft; and, 4) Presenting sensitive, potentially controversial, statistical, and narrative information in briefings or written products and communicate effectively. You will serve as a GG-13 Intelligence Specialist in the Office of Naval Intelligence (ONI), Intel Cycle Management Dept (N2). N2 provides ONI with analytic standards guidance and support, production and dissemination (P&D) management and services, and program oversight for enterprise-wide P&D tools. This position is located at OFFICE OF NAVAL INTELLIGENCE in Suitland, MD.
