You must meet the following requirements by the closing date of this announcement. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: For the GS-13, you must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service, that is typically in or related to the position and which equipped the candidate with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of this position. Specialized experience for this position includes: Analyzing, evaluating and/or preparing financial reports to present to senior management; AND Utilizing computer-based software for data analysis and reporting; AND Drafting proposed revision to policies and/or procedures related to financial or acquisition operations; AND Utilizing contracting policies to carry out acquisitions for products and services.
This position is part of the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA), Federal Records Center Program (FRCP), National Personnel Records Center (NPRC). This position serves as the Senior Management and Program Analyst, and is responsible for a wide variety of administrative and program management activities supporting the Revolving Fund Program.
