To qualify, your resume must describe at least one year of specialized experience which has equipped you with the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position and that is typically in or related to the work of the position to be filled. Specialized Experience NH-02: One year of specialized experience in the Federal service includes: 1) Utilizing statistical data to assist with studies for estimating the cost of various systems; 2) Preparing reports and other written analytical and technical material. This typically includes work performed at the next lower grade/level (NH-01) position in the federal service. Specialized Experience NH-03: One year of specialized experience in the Federal service includes: 1) Developing studies and methods to support or develop life cycle analysis; 2) Conducting various cost analysis studies for estimating the cost of various systems and subsystems; 3) Evaluating accomplishments of program cost, schedule, and technical performance. This typically includes work performed at the next lower grade/level (NH-02) position in the federal service.
