Specialized experience for this position is defined as: Experience serving as technical authority responsible for the formulation and implementation of policies, procedures, management systems, and controls to ensure risk-balanced and cost-effective approaches for safeguards and security activities. Examples of Qualified Experience: Experience overseeing safeguards and security work performed by a major agencies and/or corporations. Experience involving broad spectrum of very complex and highly difficult management issues and problems that require creative and imaginative solutions. Experience functioning independently by coordinating with groups and individuals where necessary, resolving complex problems and conflicts, and interpreting available guidance.
