The incumbent will: Establish program objectives to ensure that organizational goals and requirements are met; AND Develop short and long-term plans, policies and directives, and guidance to support organizational priorities and program requirements; AND Analyze program effectiveness, efficiency, cost effectiveness, schedule adherence and measurement of program accomplishments and results. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped the candidate with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position. Applicant must possess one (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade of GS-15 or equivalent band level of responsibility in the Federal Service. To qualify for the GS-15, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equal or equivalent to the GS-14, it must include: 1) Experience establishing program objectives to ensure that organizational goals and requirements are met; AND 2) Experience developing short and long-term plans, policies and directives, and guidance to support organizational priorities and program requirements; AND 3) Experience in the analysis of program effectiveness, efficiency, cost effectiveness, schedule adherence and measurement of program accomplishments and results.
