Experience required: To qualify based on your work experience, your resume must describe at least one year of experience which prepared you to do the work in this job. Specialized experience: To qualify, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade/level (NH-03). Specialized experience is defined as: 1) Performing supply planning using an enterprise resource planning (ERP) system; 2) Leading a team and/or project to complete and meet program and production goals; 3) Delivering briefings and/or preparing reports; and 4) Analyzing supply data to identify and mitigate program risks. About the Position: The pay band NH-04 supervisory includes the General Schedule grade equivalent to GS-14/15, with a control point GS-15 Step 6.
