Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular ability, skill, and knowledge to successfully perform the duties of this position and is typically in or related to this line of work. To qualify for GS-14, you must have one year of directly related specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level: Contributing to the planning, development, implementation, application and/or evaluation of workforce-related systems and projects; Consulting with leaders to identify sources of organizational problems and devise workable solutions and action plans; Conducting complex studies and analyzing/measuring the effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity of administrative or technical programs and making recommendations on program effectiveness or performance. You will serve as a Management & Program Analyst managing workforce planning, budget formulation, execution, analysis, and reporting. You may support programs, projects, and/or institutional business operations; providing business management and systems expertise enabling directorate and/or Agency-wide oversight of program planning and control activities supporting timely and cost-effective mission objectives. The work will vary depending on each Centers role and responsibility to the mission.
