Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience planning and coordinating complex ship repair, overhaul and installation projects to understand scheduling, resource and qualification requirements. Experience in project management, quality control, cost control, schedule control, and workflow control techniques. Experience investigating and analyzing practices and problems and recommending effective improvements and solutions. Experience establishing and maintaining effective relationships with and gaining the cooperation of supervisors, managers, and co-workers on complex and controversial issues. Experience applying complex fact finding analytical and problem-solving methods and techniques.
