You must meet the following requirements within 30 days of the closing date of this announcement. Specialized Experience for the GS-12 grade level is defined as one year of experience at the GS-11 grade level, or equivalent, that is typically in or related to the position and which equipped the candidate with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of this position. Specialized experience for this position is defined as experience: Developing and recommending new or revised procedures and methods; AND Analyzing data sets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies; AND Researching procedural and program information (qualitative and quantitative) and presenting findings and/or recommendations. In addition to the above requirements, you must meet the following time-in-grade requirement, if applicable (as defined in 5 CFR 300, Subpart F): For the GS-12, you must have been at the GS-11 level for 52 weeks.
This position is part of the National Archives and Records Administration, Office of Research Services. As a Management and Program Analyst, you will serve as a senior analyst and advisor. You will evaluate the productivity and efficiency of administrative functions and advise on the planning and evaluation of Research Services programs. You will also support the resolution to any resulting effectiveness issues.
