Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience includes duties related to the following: Providing specialized program schedule analysis support utilizing the critical path method, applying predictive measures to forecast current delivery status; Providing Earned Value Management (EVM) analysis, integrating schedule changes with cost changes to understand impacts to the program’s cost and schedule position; Participating in Integrated Baseline Reviews, and planning, reviewing, and analyzing acquisition contract data reporting for major defense weapon systems programs. Providing independent EVM and Schedule analysis support directly to program offices, understanding policy and procedures for EVM and Schedule analysis, presenting analyses to managers, consolidating information into portfolios, and reviewing products to ensure that they meet quality standards.
